The white building is a former pumping station. Now a museum that shows how the town Uppsala has provided its inhabitants with water, sewage, gas, electricity and district heating. The river is called Fyris and the bridge Islandsbron (Ice Land Bridge).

Nice shot! It is remarkably similar to the one you posted yesterday, but nice view of another great piece of architecture. There is so much history where you live. Again, I like the reflection on the water and the addition of the leaves on the upper lefthand corner.
