The silence of snow, a photo from Uppland, Svealand

Photographer's Note

I took the camera out a very snowy night in a typical swedish little calm street. I don´t really know why but i just loved the mystery, the silence, and the feeling of abandomeness.

In the distance some car lights is just breaking in to the picture and the light in the little hidden house to the right.

This is shot with my Pentax DSLR and a Pentax 55 1,8 manual lens from 1975. (K-series)

Hello Petter

I have the same feeling, looking at your picture, there are no noise due to, the snow, and we can think we live in another world.
The blurred dark grey parts at the top (branches out of focus) should have been avoided.
