nice shot.
one comment though... if the sunset is the subject, than the trees hide too much of it. and if the trees are the subject, then they should have been framed in a more interesting way. this way you get a half by half composition with nothing to make the eye stop and take in the beauty

I really like the colors, for me the trees add some perspective to the image and establish great contrast.
