Can't help it. but I found an elder version of this house in Stora Blåsjön (great Blue Lake) the third deepest in sweden 153 meters.
amd thought I should show this house how it looks in a more moody light.

I have many same same's in my collection and my databank gets bigger and bigger but then I think I might use a photo again, and see - with your post - what came out :) I like this heavy grey clouds over the lake bringing rain maybe or moving away. What a truly beautiful corner ... Barbara.

Hi Anders,
Normally i would have a problem with that over-exposed part on the left, but here i like it because the rest of the image is much darker and therefor it brings life in the photo and a great balance between light and shadow.
Those little purple flowers in front...what a nice detail, just as the boat in front of the house. I always wonder who lives there, seems like the middle of knowhere, but your picture brings it alive...very nice.

I would call this photo "A Post-Midsummer Night's Dream" :)
Emotional photo, indeed...
I like these steel darkened colours and sofrness of the image. The scarce pink flowers and a part of the boat enliven this moody picture a bit :)

hei anders! sharpness is a bit off in this one, but i do love the mood. definitely swedish to the core scenery... reminds me a lot of stormy evenings by my uncle's property not far from stockholm. very refreshing!

Good title for yet another 'moody' shot!
The combination of the dark, threatening clouds and the shine on the water is irresistable - powerful contrast. Great composition to include the flowers in the bottom right corner. The house looks so exposed to the elements, and the boat so small for such a large, deep lake. A wonderful shot with such a great suggestion of space.

There is a strange atmosphere by Stora Blåsjön, almost spooky..!
Obviously this is not an expanding society, not even during summer as I have the feeling the vacation visitors are few and where the only sign of "life" is the rowing boat in front of the house...
The dramatic sky sets the mood, enhanced by the abandoned place by the lake!
