One of my favorite subjects as well, if only these old walls could talk. I like the natural colors and the pov. Very nice! TFS

Hej Anders,
Already from the the thumbprint I could recognize the typical "Molla" colours. Looking closer I can see the melancholy mood too. I get a feeling of a "Kerstin Ekman" atmosphere too here. A very attractive picture. I like your composition with the low POV and the path leading up to the house.

Hej Anders,
Indeed, if only the house could tell about its past times. I like your POV and composition and the beautiful summer colours. I agree with Gunnar on the melancholy atmosphere, which your photo is transmitting. Simple but beautiful!

Hej Anders,
This is even better than the last one. More colours and a tree in the foreground. Also this house must have been more magnificent in thr old days. There are so many stories that could be imagined in a place like this. If those walls could speak...;-)
(What a cliché).
Well done,
Gert

Hej Anders,
The point of view looking up makes the house even more impressive, but anyway this was a more impressive residence back then!
A well framed view with inclusion of the beautiful birch, and some wild flowers in the green field make the romantic mood complete...
A balanced composition in molla colours!

Hi Anders.
Yes, your favourite topic, and you do them so well. Your shots of these old houses, abandoned, lonely or just isolated, often have a melancholy atmosphere, a slightly under-exposed look with low contrast, which really gives them the right atmosphere. Those colours of yellow and blue must have looked bright once. I like the small white flowers, as well as the inclusion of the tree in the photo to balance the position of the house. I agree entirely with Gunnar's comment about Kirstin Ekman, that's EXACTLY what this photo reminds me of.
Regards,
Andrew
