Photographer’s Note
The roof of Rådhuset (City Hall) in Östersund reflected in the windows of Nya Rådhuset (New City Hall).
City Hall in my home town Östersund was once built around 1900 in a romantic nationalistic style that was popular at the time. The reflected roofs is the top of the old City Hall building which still is a landmark in this little city.
Typical for the development of the last century City Hall was outgrown by the administration and in the 1960 and 1970 the area behind it was filled with office blocks of that time to house the ever increasing number of civil servants. The house in the foreground is one of these office blocks, the New City Hall.
Even though New City Hall is many times bigger than the older this was not enough. When I was a kid there was room enough for the police station in one of the wings of the old building but when I grew up the police force expanded and a new police building was built covering a big square that earlier was used as bus depot.

Lines and reflection with true colors, perfect and a real pleasure to go into your post.

The almost symmetric composition is very nice. As always, sharp qb.

Wow, what a good contrast!
Gorgeus geometrical cropping in which you manage to include the City Hall's window in one third (following the rule)... but then these repetitive windows in which we have different reflections completing the puzzle... really tasty!

A good POV. Something that we do not see everyday. Very clear reflection and nice colors make the picture even more interesting and real.
