Photographer’s Note

The #2 engine of the museum railway in Jädraås did not get any train to haul this day. Just a long wait in the engine shed until the bigger more fancy friend comes back.

Locomotive #2 is a very small loco weighing not more than 11.4 tons. It was built in 1902 in Falun, probably by a company that later was bought by Scania and today manufactures truck axles in the same place.

Desaturated all but the red front and the numbers. The rest of the picture was more or less without colors anyway but this way it is more relaxed.

Great in a B/W-tone, "red" is funny.
Beautiful clear details of the loc and tools.

The partial destuarion works great here, Ebbe. The composition with the two shed is excellnt and very effective. Wonderful play with the grey and red hues, very good framing, too.

A well framed shot, Ebbe. The desaturation really helps to age the photo. The sheds look incredibly small. I like all the tools hanging on the wall in the empty shed. Well seen.

This is a cool pix, with the red dominating. I really like your b/w desaturation, with the emphasis on the colors.

I like this tinght crop picture, excellent color but splendid contrast, you have great lines here , and iI alwas love thing witk nostalgi:-)
