Staying on the old narrow gauge train. As the locomotive was pulling us in reverse for a while I could stand on the first platform and be close to a moving steam locomotive but seen from the front. A very special moment for a tech-history freak like me.
Nothing much to say about the picture except that I selected the red part and desaturated the rest. Not that the color of the train changed as that was black anyway. The purpose was to reduce the distracting effect of overexposed bright green plant on the edge of the bank in the upper left.

It's moving...i can feel it in the photo. good capture of motion there. I like your choice of PP too.

I like this a lot!
Very well composed and strong image. The "red" springs out, good work on processing. And the motion blur is perfect...

Ebbe, I believe this is one of your best (until now...). Very nice diagonals, excellent feeling of motion and good post-processing. I like the way you included the red, but retaining the nostalgic feeling that goes along with the subject and your choice for B&W. Nothing more to add but: great!

Wow, Ebbe, I like these series very much, thjis tight crop, and the desaturation are excellent! The sharpness is great, you can almost feel the steel, and smell the grease. The composition is excellent. Chapeau!

You're really the only one who can catch my eye and spring my curiosity with such a desaturration process!
The final effect is striking, full of contrasts. Great ! Nothing more, nothing less...

Good work here, you caught the motion of the train very well. Also a very well executed pp.

I love it! "c'est génial!!"
I imagine you in balance with your camera facing the danger like Indiana Jones.
The composition is excellente, clearness of the colors and returned speed is ok
very very good photo

Great one, Ebbe, everything is on spot here - the diagonal compo, the cropping, the rendition of motion, and of course the post-work. Oftentimes a selective desaturation does seem forced or as more of a gimmick - this is an example where it looks genuine and logical. Fine work, congratulations.

I like the way desaturation was done.

Beautiful image Ebbe, the point of view is excellent, nice speed effect, perfectly framed, well done.

Excellent PP work with the de-saturation tool. The motion blur and the diagonal view really make this shot. Very well seen, composed and processe. Very well done, Ebbe.

Great picture here, Ebbe! I like very much the diagonal you created by your angle. The motion blur is great as this partial desaturation. Very well done!

Simply, a fantastic work! The POV is excelent, the motion blur very well caught and the final PP an excelent choice!

I like this desaturation. Your choice of presenting the redness on a diagonal below which we have the blur showing movement was well chosen.
Well done Ebbe,

Nice shot of the train. I like the special angel and the movement on the ground. Nice work and good choice of PP.
You have very nice shots in your gallery with a refreshing and original point of view. I assume you know that and probably heard it many times, but it must be nice to hear again :)
