Photographer’s Note
Residential area around Calatrava's Turning Torso.
We can see the tower on most clear days from Copenhagen, but this was the first time, we went "over there" to have a closer look.
Up close, I do not like the tower that much - it does not look so cosy to live there with small, slanting windows.
However, the residential area around it looks very cosy with different facades and small channels. Many danes have moved to Malmø, while working in Copenhagen, because of the cheeper real estate prices.
I will stay on the West-Side of Øresund, however, and just peak at the tower once in a while, hoping that our own politicians and fellow residents loose their fear of tall buildings in Copenhagen.

Hi Henrik,
Even if you don't like the tower, you placed it very well in your composition to show us the different kinds of architecture in Malmo. The reflections of the houses in the river gives a feeling of a peaceful place to live, and the little gardens with their huts as well. Very good one.
Thanks for sharing,
Marion
