Photographer’s Note

Now that I am in Lund, I think there is no better way of starting my series than this most known building: Lunds domkyrkan (Cathedral of Lund), built around 1100. Lund is one of the oldest city of sweden (even if it was danish at the beginning), and became a very important religious place. In Lund is the 2nd oldest university of sweden, and one of the most important of Europe! (this university explains my presence there :) )

You show us a really venerable and beautiful building here. This Romanesque architecture truly is great and obviously well preserved. A wonderful sight - these steeples in front of this gorgeous sky!

I like the perspective you've shown that georgeous building.I wonder if you could give a bit more light on the bottom because in my opinion is a bit to dark.

This is a great shot of this massive cathedral. The angle of the shot is great showing two sides of the church giving the photo depth. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The blue sky provides nice contrast for the scene.

Hey Mickaël,
Excellent photo of the famous Domkyrka in Lund, which I've visited a couple of years ago. You chose a good POV and the sharpness is very good, so we can enjoy every detail of it. Also the light was really pleasant, thanks for sharing!
