Photographer’s Note
Today we are back in Ystad.
I do not know if this bike belongs to the "Lady in Red" but it was standing at the entrance to the inner yard that could barely be seen in the Lady in Red picture from the other day.
Note the simple design of the bike.
The sign outside the building reveals that it is used as some kind of youth center.
Saturated and framed.
Thanks,
Magnus

Hi Magnus,
I really like the composition of this picture, and the red teints. Perhaps it would have been better if the foreground and the bike would have been lightened by a flash because it is a bit underexposed compared to the street light behind.

Hi Magnus, I am sure this is not the bike you will ride to take your tree 50 km away, or I would worry about if you could get there.
From the structure style, I think this place is not too far away from you were taking “Lady in Red” picture. I guess this bike could belong to her. A well taken picture with the complicated under the shade lighting condition. Well done.

I'm in a big shadows and light mood and your shot fits perfectly in this. I love the underexposition of the bike and those line that frame it perfectly. Well seen.

hi magnus, this is an amazing picture - basically limited to the expressive set of red, orange, yello colours; exposure is excellent and simplicity of the subject combined with the perfect composition - it all works so well here;
have a nice evening (so, that small ystad is so beautiful, lovely, was there 3 times on my way from the port up to norge);
har de bra!

Bonsoir Magnus,
De trsè jolies couleurs et un éclairage doux, on peut admirer le finesse des détails car la mise-au-point est excellente.
Le cadre est simple mais très réussi.
Bien à toi.
Daniel.

Tjena !
Well seen ! I like all those red teints. From bright in the back, to darker red in the middle, and even darker on the bike. Seems to me as if the bike wanted to escape that darkness and go back to the street and freedom...
Hälsningar,
Youssef.

WOW !!! Fortunately you have "the eye" ! As a matter of fact, the red dominant is incredible. I also like very much the half-shadow where the bicycle stands. EXCELLENT !!!

Well done,

A lot of harmony in the tones and a beautiful mix of different textures with a nice light
A great image full of character
One minor remark about the roof : too much or not enough ;)

Hi Magnus,
Are you sure it isn't your own bike. It's a great composition in red. I hope the lady in red will return and you will ride her home on the luggage carrier.

Hej Magnus,
Et meget roligt og fredeligt billede og det er meget fedt at se en svensk cykel efter alle mine egne hollandske! ;-)
Flot at du har fanget de skånske farver her i Ystad! Godt gjort! :-D

Hi Magnus!
Yes Ystad,(I tell you a secret,I´ve reed all
Wallander thrillers from Henning Mankell so I´m quite familar with Ystad ;-))))
A fine moody compo, good handling of the light contrast from fore,-to background! The red bike repeats the color of the wooden construction of the houses,-excellent shot.

Hello Magnus. What a beautiful little scene we have here. I love the way the bike is leaning over plus the look of the dirt in the cobblestones is fantastic. I think the saturation boost gave this shot a nice visual boost. I like this shot a great deal Magnus, congrats!

Snygg skjutet

Great atmosphere in this one. The careful balance of the exposure created a very soft, warm and pleasant image. Great color also. If I would ask for something it would be for someone entering the frame from the right part and looking at you or the bike, but it’s still a great image.

Congratulations for your sense of observation. The red colour and the diagonale of the bike's frame are in harmony with the shape and colours of timberings. It is also telleing a story or at least suggesting it. Who owns the bike ? Considering its style and the way it was placed near the wall, one can imagine some young boy.
Very good picture !

Bonjour Magnus, j'aime le décor très géométrique et coloré pour ce vélo d'un autre âge. C'est une photo qui plaît tout de suite. Merci de montrer de tels clichés.
