Photographer’s Note
Mellbystrand is the longest beach in Sweden, it stretches 12 km along the west coast starting just north of Båstad.
Its possible to drive on parts of the beach and the water is very shallow, making it an excellent place for families with children.
Not many people swimming this late August day with strong winds and dark clouds hanging over the Hallands ridge.
Picture taken around 7pm, hence the strange light.

Hejsan mattias
You could clearly see that the autumn is on it's way on the colorscheme. with that nice terracotta colored beach and the revolting sea.
It's a simple but rather attractiv picture.

Mattias,
Beautiful image. Good color. Good capture of the rolling waves. I like this angled POV of the waterline. Nice job.

Hi Mattias,
Wonderful infinity .. that really fast shutter has really frozen the water into a sculpture .. beautiful depth .. they saturation feels almost like an oil on canvas .. despite the dark clouds the light on the sand feels warm. Very nice. Hope you and yours are well.
Take care,
John

I love Sweden's beaches. This image truly shows red-orange colours of sand. I love the sky that looks like a range of mountains. Great colours, and contrast.
Regards, Anna
