Photographer's Note
Another image of sunset on the heritage huts, the island of Tjörne on the west coast of Sweden.
Hand held with low shutter speed but using the in-body image stabilisation. Result is reasonable considering ISO 800 was used. Post processing in Lightroom 3.6.

Hi Trevor,
The result is excellent - sorry to correct you!
Fine catch of low light in a peaceful and as well dramatic atmosphere. Typical for the Swedish west coast. Well composed and framed. TFS

Hello Trevor,
the gorgeous light across the rocks and buildings has been captured perfectly in a well chosen format.
I also like your composition with the interesting evening sky occupying the top third,a very well conceived and captured photograph.A real beauty, well done.

Hello Trevor,
You did well without a tripod.
The light is outstanding, gilding the rocks and the side of the hut. It takes your breath away when you experience light like this!
A fine composition, thinking about the strength of positioning.
Have a lovely Sunday,
Bev :-)

I really like this series of yours from Sweden(?). This is a great composition and the light is excellent - it has a unique quality about it that makes this feel like an oil painting in some ways. It's a real cracker.

Hello Trevor - I missed this post (and the others from the same location), it is beautiful. The light is dreamy and romantic and suits the subject perfectly. The scene seems to glow under low sun and the details are well managed. Your 800 ISO looks good with no discernible grain. Does the sun ever set completely this far north in the summer? Warm regards Rosemary
