Photographer’s Note
This is a close up of the black ice disclosed under a thin snowy powder after skating. The ice was in mint condition, and the thin light snow did not cause any trouble at all. The only worry was the thickness, or should I say thin-ness, of the black ice, but we were all lucky! The day before 2 people went through the ice in that lake, but they made it up again!

This is very graphic and minimalist, Magnus, and I like it very much. I'd crop the upper half in order to remove the blurred area and have only the focused area in the frame. But still, a good shot.

Lars told you about the winter in Holland. Fortunately there is an 400m ice track at 5 minutes walking of our home. So I can skate a few times a year. But a good large expedition is seldom possible in Holland. I like this kind of “abstact” pictures very much. So another great shot of you.

Wow magnus, I like this. It's very simple, very sharp, and very detailed! (the little bits of ice) Besides, it's something else again. An original shot. Well done!
