Night life in Tàrrega I., a photo from Lleida, Catalonia

Photographer's Note

Tarrega is not big town, but the night life is much bigger. On Friday and Saturday evenings, when the sun has set, young people appear on the streets. They get together in the main square and go to one of Tàrrega's several pubs.
I had the fortune to spend a week here and experience this lovely town's night life.

Tàrrega is the capital of the comarca of Urgell, in the province of Lleida, Catalonia, Spain. Altitude 373 metres above the sea. Population 16.131 (2007).
Tàrrega possesses a large natural park, called Sant Eloi in the north-east. The city has many romanic and gothic buildings. The Palau dels Marquesos i la Floresta dates from the XIII century, and the Church of Sant Antoni from the XIV century.
At its theatre fair, held annually each September, Tàrrega welcomes more than 100,000 people. It's the second biggest city in Lleida provincia.
Manuel de Pedrolo (a famous poet), lived in Tàrrega. Joan Capdevila (Villarreal CF and Deportivo de La Coruña footballer) was born and lived there.

Beautiful night photo from the Spanish town.
The blur shadows of the pedestrians make a great atmosphere.
The light management is also successful.

kellemes és hangulatos esti utcai kép, tele szellemekkel (:D.
A kevés fény kezelése nagyon jó és ez megnyílvanul a tökéletes élességben is. Talán a gépet meglehetett volna emelni egy picit, hogy keveseb aszfalt és legalább az az ovális reklámtábla teljesen beleférjen a képbe. Részletek...

Good night capture of this street, with good exposure and nice golden tones.
I like the dynamic effect of the movement of the people, they look like ghosts, and the perspective that you have obtained in your setting.

Your Spanish vacation seems to have inspired you :)
It is always great to see ghosts walking around, thanks to long exposure.
The steady figures are very nice also, but especially the ghost next to the left border is frightening and perfect!

this is excellent. both luck and talent meets on this photo I say this because this street is surrounded with almost same colors of light all along, and the buildings are very close as the street is narrow therefore it makes the influence of light very positive.

worm atmosphere on this picture you created. The street really is so charming. Like some street in Vesprem, I visited some years ago.
