[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Some landmarks are just so great that you have to take pictures of them, knowing that the results could not compete with those found on postcards, travel brochures or TrekEarth. I have such shots from places like Tower Bridge, Eiffel Tower, Colosseum, Sydney Opera House or Matterhorn.

In Ronda such a subject is Puente Nuevo, the bridge from 1793, which spans 120 m deep gorge splitting the city in half. Conditions were not optimal this time either, but I did the best I could.

(All That You Can't Leave Behind is name of the U2 album from 2000.)

Olá Kari,
impressioante o tamanho dessas ruínas, e ainda hoje estarem intactas, gostei desse POV alto seu, deu uma boa profundidade a foto.
Parabéns e Abraço!

Hi Kari. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this bridge before, but thin I live on the other side of the world ;-). I love the way the insides of the arches are illuminated with that warm light. Nice capture and thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Paul.

Hi Kari,
You are correct in taking the photo of this magnificent bridge. The sense of height, the details look very nice.
Best regards. Salvator.
PS. I used the flash to iluminate the bronz statue, which would otherwise be a dark silouette. I used a slow flash.

A fine place to visit this town with the huge bridge and the houses hanging allong th top of the cliffs. Difficult to take in one shot but a good try here Kari even if we don't see the bottom of the canyon here..

Hi Kari,
impressive bridge well taken, a lovely town, a good memory for me, tfs.
