Photographer’s Note
Our next stop after Morocco was Spain, where I found it particularly tough to photograph after leaving such a photogenic country.
I was kind of glad here that the metal bars seperated me from the painter, his stare lasted a few moments longer than I would have liked.

I like it, but to be honest I would have prefered it
without that woman in the frame - that way the whole
composition would be more simple and 'cleaner' (graphically
speaking); it would be just him and you, a perfect duel
between two gringos: one fast on the shutter, the other
one fast on a paint brush!
