oh yes, i know this lovely place. excellent shot, terrific desaturation with leaving the color only on the flags.
good composition and pov showing us this great old building barcelona´s.

such a terrific photo I firmly would like to share my opinion. Leaving it black and white, and flags colored is a correct choice.
