Photographer’s Note
One man looking to the left...the other taking a picture to the right.
A curious scene I found in "Las Ramblas" and I wanted to share.

Gracias Oscar.

Hi Oscar,
Wonderful image. Two actions are very much different. Both the men looking in opposite directions adding a great effect to this composition. The contrast is also good. Nice blurred bg making the face of the man stand out.

What I really here is the quality of the conversion and the sharpness. The DOF is excellent too.

i like the way he looks out of the frame and the other guy shoots out of the frame just the opposite way as you already mentioned oscar... is the image a bit to tight on the left and too empty on the right? well it is still great and B&W works really well here... congrats...
cheers

Hello Oscar,
I like this, there is a dynamics in the frame that I cannot quite explain..!
B&W works well here and the strong contrast is a good choice...
Well composed and all over well done!

Hello oscar. A study worth seeing in b&w, one moment from the life. The face expression of the man can be interpreted only with difficulty. Good composition and grey tones. Further so. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Hi Oscar, i don't know why but i like this one, full of humanity in it, your treatment in BW is high quality even if i regret two things : perhaps too dark on the sweat of the blured man (overall perhaps not enough grey tones, too contrasted) and for the compo i would have try to give more space on the left in order focused on those two men, the right part after the cam brings not that much for me in the compo. My opinion of course Oscar ! ;)
Good anyway

Hola Oscar,

Hola Oscar,
An interesting candid street scene, with B&W a good choice, as the title says, i like the contrast and the tight, close up framing... nice DOF isolating the FG subject

Bona feina.
Salut,
Josep

Hi Oscar,
Congratulations for this great photo. I like very much the proximity and distance at the same time of the two characters of the scene. B&W certainly adds intensity. The focus on the first man living a bit blur the second one accentuates the contrast in attitude between them. Excellent!

Hola Oscar,

Beautiful b&w here Oscar. The light is very good, specially on the foreground subject's hair. The bokeh is beautiful and, as a whole, the picture pleases me a lot. Thanks.
