And today something different.


A few weeks ago I was in a race called Jean Bouin (for first time I spent less of 41 minutes in the 10 km).
After the race I returned to my home (I live just where took place the race) and I took the camara. A few minutes later there was a race for disabled people and for transplated people. And I was asked for make a few shots of the competition.
Then, here you can see a few of the runners. All of them use a wheelchair, but believe me: they are faster than us.

Make sport.
Feel your own body and make a healthy life.
We still can learn about us, and they also are given us a real lesson about life.


But also I would like add some more information in the note.

This time is not about the photo, but as I am not going to post any photo in the next days about this theme (they are all selected since a few days ago): I am going to use this photo and the nexts for talk about Ennio Morricone.
Maese Morricone is going to receive this year his first Oscar.
Until this year he has lost a few changes for it. Really a shame.
He, with Nino Rota, is the best italian composer of the history.

Y hoy algo diferente.

Hace varias semanas estuve en una carrera llamada la Jean Bouin (por primera vez bajé de los 41 minutos en los 10 km).
Después de la carrera volví a casa (vivo justo donde se hizo la carrera) y cogí la cámara de fotos. Una de las últimas pruebas era de discapacitados y de trasplantados, y me preguntaron para hacer unas fotos de los corredores (los que iban en silla de ruedas).

Y creedme, no les retéis a una carrera: perderíais.



Haz deporte.
Siente tu propio cuerpo y haz una vida sana.
Todavía podemos aprender sobre nosotros mismos, y ellos nos están dando una auténtica lección sobre la vida.



Pero también me gustaría añadir un poco más de información a la nota:
Y en esta ocasión no hay ninguna relación con la foto, pero en los próximos días no pondré ninguna foto sobre este tema (lo sé porque ya están seleccionadas): voy a aprovechar para hablar en esta foto y en las siguientes sobre Ennio Morricone.
Maese Morricone va a recibir su primer Oscar. Hasta este año ha tenido muchas oportunidades, pero nunca lo ha conseguido. Realmente una vergüenza.
Él, y Nino Rota, son los mejores músicos italianos de la historia.
