Photographer’s Note

TE viewers will perhaps remember that I had already posted a similar picture some time ago. This architecture of converging elliptic lines have really impressed me a lot. I know that this place doesnt really offer different tones of blue, so where do they come from ? From the combination of artificial light and daylight, if the camera's White Balance is set to Tunsgten, the yellow light will appear white while the daylight will appear blue. The wall at the and was dark orange, and appears a big lighter here.
Casa Batlo visit was a very rewarding experience.

Good Day Izzet. As soon as I saw this photo the Casa Batlo structure came to mind. I am not sure where the blue tones came from. Is this a completely white wall? What about the white balance in your D200? Nonetheless a very interesting photo, thanks for sharing.

Definately a fine photographers shot here with a good eye for composition. Love the warm tones against the cool tones. Good use of light balance but I hardly need to tell you that Izzet ;)

Nice use of the camera settings to come up with some different lighting - geat idea! The shapes of these arches is interesting, and I like the repetition. Well done!

I like this typical work of photography, the subject is well done, you get the repetition the nuances and a result offering different lectures, from an outside looking up or an inside looking down.
