[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The way was really strange. Was a rural and unhabited place where the fog made the rules. Finally, as we didn’t know where we were going we decided return by the same path.
Òscar was who said to us follow the path.
Well, is true, we went to anyplace, but was nice.

Here you can see how the path turned to the left and at the right there was a big space plenty by the trees what were in one of the side of the mountain.

Behind there were Òscar, Sergio and Nieves.

And finally, as the last days I’ve been talking about them, left finish this “serie” speaking about Òscar.

About Òscar, when he left prision he began a new life. A new life and very different from his previous.

Òscar, you should know, love the work of Freidrich Wilhelm Adam Serturner.
Every day he needs a new Serturner’s dose, but as they are not cheap nowadays he works. He sells secondhand toothbrush and he’s very proud with his job.


This is the true story about Òscar.

Note in the language of Cocolandia:


El camino era realmente extraño. Un lugar perdido y deshabitado perdido en medio de la nada. Justo por debajo del Santuario de Queralt.
Únicamente: niebla.
No sabíamos a donde llevaba el camino y al final, después de caminar un rato, nos dimos media vuelta siguiendo el mismo camino que habíamos hecho.
Si bien es cierto que hicimos el camino siguiendo las indicaciones de Òscar, quien interpretó muy mal la señal que había al inicio del camino, si bien es cierto que no fuímos a ninguna parte, valió la pena.
Fue divertido y también era bonito ver como la niebla se hacía dueña de todo.

Aquí puedes ver como el camino gira a mano izquierda y a mano derecha los árboles se pierden poco a poco efecto de la niebla.
Detrás mío estaban Sergio, Nieves y Òscar.

Finalmente, ya que los últimos días he estado hablando de ellos, déjadme acabar hablando de Òscar.
Primero, como que no sé si sabéis de qué va la historia, podeís leer las notas previas (I, II, III, IV, V).

Òscar, cuando salió de la prisión comenzó una nueva y provechosa vida en la cual Freidrich Wilhelm Adam Serturner se convirtió en su héroe. Y todos los días consume alguna nueva dosis de Sertuner.

Eso sí, como que no son baratas se a visto obligado a trabajar.
Y tiene un trabajo del cual está muy orgulloso: se dedica a vender cepillos de dientes de segunda mano.

Y de esta forma finaliza la verdadera historia de Òscar.

Hola Carlos, perfecta la elección del blanco y negro para la niebla... Es una clase de ambiente/atmósfera que me gusta mucho. Tiene un no se qué de misterio...

Another shot rendered very atmospheric by the fog. I like the strong diagonal provided by the slope. I don't think it would be as good without the fog.

Otra interesante imagen, tienes suerte de disfrutar momentos así, la opción del b/n me gusta, así como también los fuertes contrastes entre luces y sombras, lástima que el camino de la izquierda no se vea un poco mas claro, de todos modos un buen trabajo.

Hey Carlos. I love fog shots like these. I think I prefer the workshop with less sharpening because I think fog demands a soft look. As far as the b/w conversion is concerned you did a good job with that and there is plenty of contrast. tfs Carlos.

The fog and mist add a mysterios moody atmosphere. Wonderful gaphism & silhouettes of the trees with good repetition. Bravo & tfs. Merry Xmas!

Hola Carlos...una imagen llena de misterio y evocación...muy ad hoc con las vivencias de vuestros colegas...amigos de parranda...¿?
Por suerte Oscar está escondido en la obscuridad y neblina...caso contrario lo podrían devolver a prisión...la sociedad estaría más protegida...pero nosotros perderíamos de ver sus fotos!

Menuda niebla he tio y eso se refleja en grna atmosfera, solo de ver la foto se me han helado los pies, jejjeje

POr cierto creo que Oscar ha sido despedido del trabajo de cepillos de dientes porque le pillaron vendiendo pasta de dientes de contrabando.
