his resturant was right next to the great mosque in cordoba, he made the best pruchittuo sandwiches. they eat them raw as you see him slicing it. next time you go there give him a visit and tell him i sent u, hell give you a 10% discount.

Bonsoir Robert
j'apprécie ici la profondeur de la phtoo et le relief du personnage par rapport au reste de la photo. Belle qualité et bon POV.

Excellent work, Robert. Looks almost staged, and even a bit macabre with that lighting. A good documentary of a fantastic meal. Not Prosciutto, though. Jamón! (Mmm, getting hungry.) Thanks for sharing. -Hugh

Hi Robert... I dont know how to translate the word "Jamonero" as we call here the person that cut the ham, but something is sure: He´s more kind of a waiter than a butcher. My english is not good but if I do this correction is because his profession is clearly far from someone that sells and prepare meat...
About the photo I have to say that I like the concentration face of the man here, no wonder, Jamon is one of the most marvelous foods in the world. Take care and I hope you enjoyed Jamón.

Excellent compo, very interesting scene. Very nice colours, lights and clarity. It seems a very pleasant place. I like the lamps and the colour of the walls. Very good portrait, too. I like his expression of concentration.
TFS,
Andreea

Hi Robert
Great job. His expression is captured nicely, and the little finger is held at a very posh angle (like an Englishman with a cup of tea:) Lots of interesting stuff in the store, a good natural scene. His shirt is quite bright, just a little distracting.
Nice work.
Cheers

Belle photo de cet homme qui travaille et coupe des fines tranches au couteau, ce qui n'est pas évident a faire. Thomas

I think "chef" is more appropriate word for this dude' profession! Nice picture though.
