The place seems taken from a surrealistic stage , it was a pity Gaudí could not end up his works and Parc Güell had not been culminated as he had planned , but it still offers astounding panoramicas over Barcelona in this composition mixed with colourful and artistical hues and the relaxed pose of the model that add almost all the colour to the image (owing to that harshly lit sky )

Hi Alana
This is a very nice image. the colours are nice especially on the mosaic tiles.
One problem i do have however is the fact that this photo seems a little busy. there are so many things to look at the eye cant focus on anything for very long.
I think it could have been better if the skyline was cropped out. Just to remove the "busy feel.

Hi Alana,

An outstanding picture. It's like Gaudi has also created this girl to sit eternally on this bench amid his crazy mosaic, so nicely her clothes, necklace, and pose fit into the overall context... I presume you didn't just spot her here, and this is a "pre-made" shot, but still then, it is amazing! The only thing I can come up with is that the background could be blurred to focus on the subject.

Very interesting and original shot. I have never heard from this complex, but it is very nice. Moreover we have a wonderful view on the city. Good composition.

Hola Alana.
It could be another view of Barcelona from Gaudi masterpiece.
But as you has added that girl, you captured in the photo an unique and different atmosphere. Perhaps is not so nice as would be without be without the girl (is too much centered and also is cutted), but adds life to the photo.

Good shot showing us a nice panorama well framed by the Gaudi balcony. Nice perspective and framing and good inclusion of the girl dreaming of the park.

i was standing at the exact spot on may 31st. *g*
great shot of the wonderful park güell, alana! :-)
and a nice view of barcelona.
the model with the colorful top and jewellery fits well
to the gaudi mosaic, but i agree with jaap,
she shouldn´t have been centered.

I like it Alana,
It's a very good shot, very nice quality, good balance, but try the subject of the composition a little to the left or right and not in the middle. I made a Workshop then you will know what I mean, good job.

A nice view on Barcelona through the beautiful Park Guell. I think that this picture may work also without the girl, but maybe the girl adds something, and maybe she gives another, and more artistic touch to this image.

Really an interesting shot Alana.
Beautiful the look on the city and the compo. The only way of improving this photo is to decentralize the subject as has made jeppe in the WS. Anyway...
