[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Seville is the capital of Andalusia.

In 1929 Seville hosted the Spanish-American Exhibition and numerous buildings were constructed for the exhibition in Maria Luisa Park. On the Park's edge was built the current Plaza de España (Spain square) to showcase Spain's industry and technology exhibits.

The Plaza is a huge 1/2 circle (200 m in diameter) with buildings, 4 bridges, a large fountain in the center, and 48 benches, decorated with ceramic tiles and dedicated to the Spanish provinces. Today the plaza mainly consists of Government buildings, public institutions, the civil service and the military.

Hi Alana

I like the composition you have choose with this tilt.
The pink coloration is also very nice.

Regards.

Yves

Hi Alana,

very original, and amazing colours! I like it...

regards, Ivana

Interesting composition Alana, I like it. The colours are wonderful. Not a fan of the frame - I find it slightly distracting, but that's a personal opinion

Heres something I really like here: the tilt. And its an architectural tilt, and whenever I look at tilted architectural shots, most of the time they just dont feel right. This one does. And if you ask me why, I wont be able to articulate it other than say that it feels really appropriate. The colors are another nice thing about this photo, very bright, very intense, warm. Its a nice, experimental photo.

P.S. How is Toronto? I grew up in the GTA area.

Hi Alana,
I have been in Seville in February of this year and I have found it a marvelous city. Excellent this view of the Plaza de España. I like the shot cut and the colors of the sunset.
Well done
Anna

Alana, un cadrage et des couleurs superbes pour une place unique au monde. Les courbes et les arcades donnent un rythme très agréable à voir.
