| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
On a misty and rainy day we rented a car and drove northwest, to the Punta del Teno. Narrow, wet and winding roads made the travel last a while. It was worth of it, however, because this peninsula is really a romantic and peaceful place, outside the main touristical business.
Some panels warn you not to drive beyond because of falling rocks, but you have to take it with a "latin spirit" (I'll post another picture in the next days about it...), so we went on and found this astonishing view on the ocean, with the road carved into the vertical shore (note the tunnel on the right of the picture). Seagulls and wind-mills were playing with the constant wind and the cloudy horizon fitted perfectly the spirit of the place.
