[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I think today is a fine day for this motive from the famous unfinished cathedral Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. The masterpiece of Gaudi.
There is already another shot of this scene on TE, but the setting here is quite different because of the shooting position and what’s included and not least as the weather – a rain day- gives an interesting colour setting for the motive. (The little brown to the middle right is drops coming from some iron over this motive.)

Hope you like also this version. I do not add more information of the Sagrada Famila here as there already is a THEME for the cathedral with lots of information.

Yes, I like this version a lot, Jack. It shows the details very well. I like the desaturated colors and even the dros of rust.
Very good job, and thanks!
I added it to my Sagrada Familia theme.

Great shot of the never ending masterpiece. Do you think Gaudi intended it to be an eternal Challenge ???

Ha en God Jul.

Must be very attractive scene to seeing this motive in alive? You have maded very clear shot, the textures of the stone are very well seen. Good shot Jack.

Mais que de détails cette photo est très bien cadrée et cette dominante de gris est superbe.
Bonne photo Jack bravo

I'm amazed by the clarity and sharpness of this one, and by the way shadows and light are coming out on this one (and I'm only working with my laptop PC today; with a real monitor it has to be stunning). I like your cropping here, and the "rusty" areas do add a special touch to what by now feels like a familiar sight to me, even though I haven't been there yet. Excellent job, Jack.

Good angle. The Crucifix seems to be flying.
WEll done.

The statues are as harsh looking as the subject. Excellent!

Beautiful detail of the Calvary at the Sagrada Familia. The sculptor Josep Maria Subirachs was born in 1927, one year after the death of Gaudi.
I like the very good sharpness and the subject. Here appears Saint Veronica with her veil and the architecht of the Sagrada Familia, Antonio Gaudi, is also represented. He is the man with the beard, bottom left.
