Another reflection form the ceiling of the new bus station in Glories, Barcelona. Title taken from the Queen song of the same name - I was tempted to call it 'fat bottomed girls' but there is a distinct lack of them in Barcelona - another reason to visit the place!

a world melting in a crucible of reflections... dali would be proud of you, for the melting issue. as for the idea of fat bottomed girls, indeed, barcelona is not very inspiring at all with all that slim fit society living in there. you should better recourse to the artworks of botero to make mr. mercury proud (or come to turkey, lol)

it is good job this young lady is not aware of your imagery and connotations here. Superb Queen song and an imaginative take. A creatively observed and presented image. Love the dreamy almost psychedelic feel here - Freddie would love it!
Have a great week - Brian.

By Gum, you're really "into" these reflection shots, aren't you? And, for once, despite my obsession with Beethoven and Brahms (and Liszt), I am actually quite familiar with those songs by Freddie Mercury and "Queen"!
A well composed shot in which the slender young cyclist (though her derrière might look a little bigger on account of some distortion in the mirrored surface) is perfectly placed in the frame and the line of the roadside matches perfectly the spaces between the glazed surface.
An intriguing photograph with fine light and colours, bang-on exposure and excellent details and clarity.

Hi Michael, very good picture of this interesting reflection, nicely captured in this interesting image, with good shot, good sharpness, light and color. Great and interesting job perfectly done, congratulations my friend. Thanks for sharing this beautiful work.
Good night and happy week.
Warm greetings from southern Spain.

Amazing what could be found in a ceiling. Whether the diagonals came naturally or you flipped the picture the right way, these very distinct lines going between the corners certainly give the picture a strong character. I would have enjoyed taking this picture.

I like to ride my bicycle too, the sceneries I go through are beautiful but the road is not so neat. It's funny that lady's neat setting has been miscievously and delightfully challenged by the sense of fluidity and by the distortions this has created. I like very much the balanced diagonals and the fascinating sense of height. Lighting and colours are delicious (although you usually prefer moodier tones) and I'm fascinated by the new concept of shadows in reflections:) Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great evening,

une photo intéressante et originale.
L'utilisation du reflet par le plafond crée une image légèrement déformée.Bien vu!

haha...funny comment about 'fat bottomed girls', by the way, thats a great song! One of those songs where you just can't help but sing along.
this is one of those reflection shots where the wiggle isn't that noticeable at first glance, and there's nothing wrong with that.
luminous, creative, well executed. gotta like it.
Lots of influence from Juan i take it?

non ho molto da dire, semplicemente ....fantastica.
Un colpo d'occhio incredibilmente attento e una resa magnifica.

brilliant idea and framing!
Looks like the new bus station is a perfect place for creative, abstract shots.
I don´t know how to explain it,but this scene has something dreamy in itself(maybe because of this girl on the bike and so great, slightly distorted reflections)
Have a good day

Excellent reflection shot again.I love to see you excel in this category of photography. Composition and the light management are also great.

Really well spotted with nice colours & detail but it does make my eyes-brain go funny. But just love the way the reflections change with even the slightest movement you make. Something that I love - the neat, tidy, disciplined glazing panels and grid lines with all those free-form reflections running. There's a picture in every frame and a natural triptych, Well done, congrats.
