Photographer's Note

Another shot form inside the MACBA in Barcelona. The exhibition was by Craigie Horsfield who had been commissioned to answer the question "whoa re the people of Barcelona" in response to the rapid social and economic changes that were taking place there in the 1980's.

Horsfield's portraits were meant to be a form of civil dissent in response to the rebranding of the city with the economic imperative being given predominance above all else.

Interesting how the two women are viewing the naked woman and not the image of the man.


(Naranja means orange in Spanish I believe.)
