Photographer’s Note

Good evening,

As a complement to my post two days ago, I published this picture today of one of the girls who attended the screening of the Fallas in Valencia over the coming year.

He encouraged all night to her friend who had a choice and that the end was not one of those chosen, hence the sad face attracted the goal of my camera.

In the background you can see the brightness of the sequins on the costumes worn falleras.

hola Luis,
Spanish children (especially little girls) have a grace, an elegance that don't find often in other children of the same age in other countries. I think it has to do with the way they dress - in Spain many little girls are still dressed like girls, they wear dresses, ribbons, long hair...
this girl has this look - she is beautifully sad...
I like the overall orange tones - they create a certain atmosphere in which her skin looks perfectly natural.
