Photographer’s Note

In Valencia we have some buildings over 50 years with a certain height.
For the time would be skyscrapers, and certainly not today.

The Plaza del Ayuntamiento building in the 30s the street corner with San Vicente and Maria Cristina is one of the most emblematic and ancient city.

Rincon muy atractivo del centro neuralgico de la ciudad, bonita la convergencia hacia el edificio protagonista, queda muy bien con tanta animacion de gente, un buen dia con buen colorido.

Hola Luis!
I remember so well how surprised I was by the wonderful architecture of those buildings downtown Valencia!!! In Madrid I had already seen many of them, but didn't have the idea other cities would have similar examples!
Your picture has excellent sharpness, exposure and natural colors! The pov and the composition are excellent too, including the crowd in the lower part of this image!
Spain is always crowded till late at night (and I was there in the wintertime)!

I have never been in Valencia, but I can imagine it is very difficult task to take a good shot in there. The light is very tricky: either plenty of strong shade or everything in the shade. Plus the perspective is really hard to deal with. Such places are often very impressive but it is hard to present this beauty in a photograph.
You did a really good job here. The distorted perspective, as you mention that in the title is helping us to imagine the scale of this place which is very important here. I have a feeling that looking at this photo hurts my neck.

Hola Luis.

Lo mejor de la foto, su luz, su ambiente, su amplía y generosa vista y su composición. Pero vigila cuando añades definición a posteriori o cuando al reducir la resolución la definición pierde calidad.

Sobre todo, como dices en tu título la perspectiva es lo que impresiona en la foto, el manejo excelente de la luz y claridad muy buenos colores y detalles, pero pienso la definición es excesiva... es difícil de controlar por lo menos para mi! Bien visto!

Bonito colorido urbano en el que la gente ha tomado la ciudad, sin coches....demasiada defi pero esta muy lograda la compo...saludos

Luis, la foto es muy interesante, desde el punto de vista estético sobra toda esa gente en la calle, un buen madrugón para encontrar el asfalto limpio compensaría y realzaría el especial efecto de profundidad y de simetría.

I love Valencia and I know well this place. Valencia is always so full of people on its roads, as your pic shows us. You managed the light very well here and I like this game of perspectives made by the buildings.

I find your picture very lovely as cityscape, perhaps one advice, use the tool in photoshop for perspective, this for make the buildings nice right.
The composition is beautiful and it has a special effect
The details of the facade of the play of light in the sea have very well collected too. The framing is very good and the sharpness is excellent
