[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
the tiny village of Ballestar sitting pretty on a hill in the Els Ports mountains. The almond orchards are neatly laid out around the town.
When I took the shot the fog had just started to lift, there was still some haze in the air- it almost looked like a mirage. The sun was trying to break through the clouds - I happen to catch the sunspot on the town before the clouds closed in once more.

Hola

very cute village Ballestar. your composition its great. Nice POV. Thanks for your sharing.

burak

Hi Marialuisa,
A well composed photograph, with a lot of interesting details but without being too busy! Well chosen POV and good feeling of depth...
Regards,
Pablo -

Hola Marialuisa,
Nice capture! It's like catching a magic moment. The effect on the iluminated village is very strange in a beautiful way. The layers of the hills makes the picture prettier.
TFS,

Have a nice weekend,
Ricardo

Hi Marialuisa,
This view shows well how the village sitting on its hill dominates its surroundings, we can also see there you shot at the right moment to get this fugîtive light on it, you might achieve some impact strengthening playing with contrasts and curves I think.
Have a nice week end,
Jean-Yves

Very well composed, Marialuisa. The photograph has great depth. The point of view you have chosen has created a balance between the fore, back ground as well as the backdrop. the soft colours have given the image a feelingof quietness I find very soothing.

Hola Marialuisa.
