Photographer's Note

Guadalest is a small village very distinctive, in the Costa Blanca. There are many small museums to visit and a castle located at the highest point. In reality, this fortress has the distinction of hosting the whole city, because all this was part of the castle and is surrounded by mountains. Its location is awesome: entrenched defensive purposes on a rocky outcrop, a true natural fortress, the village is accessible only through a tunnel dug into the rock. From the castle of Sant Josep you can enjoy a fabulous view of the dam and the lake
