Maybe Benidorm is horrendous, and I probably wouldn't dream of spending my vacations there, but your picture is excellent. A very good POV, fine colours and lighting. Maybe the man is a bit too centered, some cropping to the right might have been good. Still, very well done.

I was going to make a pun about horrendous levels of PP, but that would have been too obvious!
Seriously though, I do find this shot a bit over-worked - the vignetting in the corners especially. I think this would have worked a lot better without such digital effects - the vignetting and colour tweaks aren't really my cup of tea, but at the end of the day it's all down to personal preference.
Digital trickery aside, your shot is well taken - your composition has a good balance to it, and the man anchors the foreground well. Good light too (from what I can see of it through that horrible vignetting!).
