Indeed, this photo is shot on July 7th, 2007 during the famous San Fermin Festival in Pamplona, Spain. What you see here is the efforts of the thousands of people to see the "encierro" (the running of the bulls) on each morning during this one-week festival. 8 A.M. sharp is the official start of the running but the people gather around the route along the narrow streets of the old city to see the runners in front of the bulls. The usual practice for non-locals is to dance and drink all through the night till the encierro and to go to sleep right after the encierro for the rest of the day. :-)
