Photographer’s Note
La Plaza Mayor... as its name suggests, it is the main square of Madrid, with imposing buildings, important monuments and splendid cafés. Our guide told us that the first bullfights in Madrid were held here. Early corridas took place in plazas, before they built stadiums for such events.
