Las Cascadas del Purgatorio es un conjunto de cascadas situadas en la zona alta del Valle del Lozoya, perteneciente a la Sierra de Guadarrama. De todas las cascadas que componen este conjunto, hay dos que destacan por su gran tamaño.

La cascada más baja de las dos principales constituye un salto de agua muy vertical de una altura de 10 metros y la segunda de las grandes, su salto es de 15 metros y es más estrecho que la cascada baja.

The Cascades of the Purgatory are a cascade set located in the high zone of the Lozoya Valley in the Mountain Range of Gaudarrama. Of all the cascades that compose this set, there are two that emphasizes by their great size.

The lowest cascade of the two main ones constitutes a very vertical water jump of a height of 10 meters and second of the great ones, its jump is 15 meters and is narrower than the low cascade.

Que rincon mas bonito y que bien mostrado en esta composicion vertical, pudiendo ver las cascadas cayendo entre las rocas y el pequeño y cristalino embalse que se forma. La calidad es magnifica, permite ver todos los detalles.

queste cascate del purgatoi li hai fotografate come maglio non si poteva, grandissimo POV e nitidezza, che si aggiunge ai bei colori.

Hello Carlos,
Not easy to well present a waterfall because you often lack references of scale, but thsi is a fien view brought in beautiful darker colours and the grass providign not only a good colour contrast but also additional depth and scale.

nice work on this one my friend as if there were levels in your photo as suggested not only by the falls but also how it begins from the rocks and reeds below and ends where the falls just begin between the rocks. tfs.
