Photographer's Note

Today I stopped at my photo series on Portugal, to offer this sunset is to take a couple of days from the window of my house in Madrid, with her I mean you soon…. To my beloved city, because tomorrow I leave to the house in the village, in the Sierra de Gredos, for a season almost two months.

I hope to have internet connection and when I get there, to keep in touch with you, for although I applied for several days, but the phone companies never know.

Hoy hago un alto en mi serie de fotos sobre Portugal, para ofreceros es atardecer que tome hace un par de días, desde la ventana de mi casa en Madrid, con ella quiero decir hasta pronto…. A mi querida ciudad, pues mañana me marcho a la casa del pueblo en la sierra de Gredos, para una temporada de casi dos meses.

Espero tener ya la conexión a Internet cuando llegue allí, para seguir en contacto con vosotros, pues aunque la solicité hace días, con las compañías de telefonía nunca se sabe.

you are so lucky to move between such beautiful places.
I wish you get the internet connection soon.
The photo is spectacular. The colors of the sky wonderful. I have never been to Madrid but I assume the silhouette of the TV tower is well recognizable so it was a good idea to iclude it.

Saludos Luis,

Un très beau coucher de soleil joliment coloré avec un très bel équilibre entre les tons rouges ou oranges et le noir. les islhoeuttes noires dans le bas de l'image ajoutent du graphisme et du relief à la composition.

ya sé que voy retrasado en las críticas a tus últimas fotos, pero no he podido resistirme a ésta. Tú conoces mi debilidad por las puestas de sol, por esos cielos ardientes como en un incendio, por sus tonos fantásticos, y por los sentimientos de paz y de serenidad que nos proporcionan.
Además, desde tu ventana es todo un espectáculo sobre la ciudad de Madrid, y podemos apreciar las siluetas de muchos edificios emblemáticos, como las Cuatro Torres, las Torres de la Puerta de Europa, el edificio Telefónica, el Pirulí, y también la Sierra.
Me dan muchas ganas de volver a Madrid.
