Photographer’s Note

Again at the Museum of the Sea, like in my previous post. This is a view in the central yard, which separates old and new buildings. What you see here is the high runway between them and the sea beyond. All kinds of people, but especially families and the elderly, come here for a walk at weekends. These were watching the sunset on the sea. I liked the framing effect of this "window". Post-processing consisted of a square cropping and darkening with a multiply layer.
As WS another view of the yard.
As for the title, there are 8 living "entities" (I mean people and seagulls) in the photo which can be seen clearly (there are a few more, but they're hardly distinguishable at this size) ;-)

El encuadre lo dice todo: la forma en que capturas el grupo de personas y las gaviotas en la parte superior....Y encima te permites el lujo de envíar un WS tan bueno como esta imagen...Excelentes trabajos, ambos.

Me gusta el uso que has hecho del edificio para enmarcar la escena, la plasticidad casi cinematográfica de esas siluetas desapareciendo al borde de la foto, las gaviotas apareciendo por esos dos huecos y la gran composición. Excelente también la luz y los colores. Minimal, maximal (esta me la invento yo).

Vaya fotografía que te has currado, es fabulosa. Las siluetas de las personas crean un magnífico ambiente introspectivo, y esos dos ojos volátiles coincidiendo con la estructura arquitectónica me fascinan. Gran calidad, y magnífico trabajo, y no me canso de mirarla, es hipnótica!!

Excellent conceptualisation & visualisation of framing. Admirable indeed.The colour tones, contrasting in the top part & the lower half is curious & interesting...and of course the framing...in fact I find the framing of the two birds amazing.

and the rest is black, with a nice grapycal component.

A museum of the sea...must be a beautiful place according to your photograph...it has an excellent composition, taking advantage of all the elements you had. The diagonal makes enhances the already existing graphism of the lines. The colors and lights of the sky are magical. The positioning of the living entities excellent, the people being in the corner adds to the dynamic of the whole. Love it that you made it 8, love that "togetherness" in your perception. Togetherness it should be.
Very good work indeed.
