Minho Lanhelas viewpoint.
From atop a magnificent coastal scenery unfolds with a vital Minho running merge their waters with the Atlantic. And down the streets of the town are counted among the many stones story behind this parish Caminha, north of the town and surrounded by buildings of interest. Sheltered between the river and the mountain two Jacobean routes, one along the coast and over the mountains, crossing this beautiful place that shows a different perspective of the Minho estuary.

In the center of the parish the eye can see from anywhere in the belfry of the parish church, an interesting construction of the early nineteenth century built on a previous. Oldest is still São Martinho Chapel and remarkable in size and notoriety is the chapel do Senhor do Calvário, on top of Mount Goios.

In civil architecture sets are preserved as the Casa da Torre Tower Lanhelas or riparian margin in a body surrounded by medieval ramparts, in addition to the Casa da Anta, a manor house located in the town of the same name for years turned into hotel rural. Facing the same site a solid mansion of straight lines and solid build stonework commanded by Canon Sebastião Dantas and renovated in 1944 to house the Casa do Povo rises.

From the center you can walk-up or drive-up Cruzeiro da Independencia, a privileged viewpoint of the bank with an imposing stone building. The setting has a recreation area with sculptures.
