Alange is a municipality in the province of Badajoz in Spain, is a place blessed by nature, rich in water with numerous springs and fountains, that make a rich Alange in chlorinated waters in the region of Extremadura.
The traditional architecture of the city features two different styles with peasant-style houses and other bourgeois style from the late 19th century and early 20th century.
The city is situated at the elevation of a hillside, its very not cleaned up every day will result in Alange Lake, a huge dam built in the course of the River Matachel County that opens at the foot of this magnificent town, passed through here the Visigoths, Romans who gave him the name Alange, that Arabic and means "water ála".
The ex-libris of the village are par excellence the Roman baths, this magnificent thermal baths of Roman origin, dating from the 3RD century and dates back to the time of the Emperor Trajan and Hadrian.
The thermal center which took over the centuries, Arab and Roman influences, currently is a modern SPA, but keeping all the traces of the past.
