Whenever I visit the market hall, preferably in the morning, I enjoy 'un cafe solo' and of course people shopping and discussing latest news. A wonderful place, full of colors, smell, noises and 'characters...'

Whenever visiting this town, look in and have a drink!

Hi Knut: I like it. This is the way it is a market place here. When I compare this place with the new supermarket or mall I cofirm which way of shop I prefer. Very natural and with the right colors. Is not a centered composition, something that I like. Congratulations.

A good TE picture of this Spanish market hall - a difficult shot in many ways but well executed perhaps a little 'shaky' on the people (just the heads strangely - perhaps it's my early morning bleary eyes!) - neither entirely sharp (I'm being very particular - ignore me!) or slow enougth to register significant movement - but overall this is fantastic - I really like it.....and the cafe solo sounds good to me!

Leaving Granada for Madrid I stopped in the bus station cafe and tried a stong black coffee with brandy at the recommendation of my daughter - this was maybe 9.30 in the morning - I was buzzing for the next four hours! I'm sure the guy behind the counter poured half the bottle in!

I don't know that market, but I think that must be like many others markets in Catalonia: a modernist market.
But, the most important: a nice photo. I don't like "be" so near (at the left) of the shop. But I love see that man walking to us.

Interesting capture, you can almost smell that fresh morning market when there's still not too many people around... The best time to buy :o)

Hi Knut,
This photo is very nice, deep, sharp and very well deatailed, the two lines of stands bring an array of warmer colors contrasting well with the darker hall.
