Photographer's Note

The region of The Garrotxa, province of Gerona placed in the northeast of Catalonia, between the High place Ampurdán and the Ripollés, and subdivides in two differentiated well parts: the High Garrotxa and the Low Garrotxa. The natural space of the Higt Garrotxa presents an abrupt scenery, of narrow and deep vales surrounded with high steep rocks and rock walls. On the other hand, the Low Lance is soft and humid, the vales are flat for effect of the volcanic activity and it has propitiated the development of the most important populations of the region, being Olot his capital. This beautiful image took in the surroundings of the town of Them Preses.

With the approaching mist , it could be a picture of "Nicou" ;) .
Simply , but nicely composed .

The beauty of the colours and the imagery is well supported by the good composition of the photograph.
The play of light and shade of the clouds is well expressed in the dark and bright green fields in the foreground. This layer is followed by a horizantal line of brown fencing and adorned with a few tall trees with well spread ou branches. The layer of white mist adds to the variety and balance of the photograph. The hills in the background have just enough sharpness to highlight the sudden rise from the flat level grounds on the foreground.

what can I say ...
very natural, soft colors, fog introduces a climate of mystery.
Easy search and scene without inflation. I really liked the photo.
