The Botanical Garden Marimurtra de Blanes (Girona - Spain) was founded it(he,she) does more and 80 years for the German Carl Faust, patron of the biological sciences with the intention of constituting in Blanes one sedates internationally for the scientific investigation(research) With an extension of approximately 4 hectares inside an estate with domain(control) of Mediterranean forest, it is one of the most notable botanical gardens of Europe. There are cultivated plants(floors) of approximately 3000 species(kinds) and season is divided in three zones, subtropical, and Mediterranean in which, besides the autochthonous communities, there are reconstructed diverse fitoepisodios or vegetable(plant) communities of five continents.
The visit of a couple of hours of duration will bring us over to the cliffs from where it is possible to contemplate one of the most beautiful panoramic of the Costa Brava.
