Yes it's true.
I have seen her ......
I have seen a light at the end of the tunnel, and it was a powerful, white and brilliant light..
It was not fruit of my imagination, was the reality!

The day of my visit to Sitges (Barcelona), Mediterranean locality and of marine tradition surprised a close passage to me of little more than 1 meter wide and that communicates the Plaza of the Bastion with the Mediterranean.
The photography is made from backs to the sea in the moment that a person arranged itself to cross it direction of the sea.

Si, es cierto. Yo la ví......Ví una luz al final del túnel, y era una luz poderosa, blanca y brillante.
No era fruto de mi imaginación, era la realidad!

El día de mi visita a Sitges (Barcelona), localidad mediterránea y de tradición marinera me sorprendió un estrecho pasaje de poco más de 1 metro de ancho y que comunica la Plaza del Baluarte con el Mediterráneo. La fotografía está realizada de espaldas al mar en el momento que una persona se disponía a cruzarlo dirección al mar.

Hello Jordi,
very special piece of work and an excellent one in my view. I like the tight framing, the overexposure converted in a plus, the figure of the end, there is a certain mysterious feeling coming out of it. You put it in the Color category, are you sure ? It looks like a sepia tonality to me:-)

Tú lo has dicho en el título, tanta luz al final que no se aprecia muy bien la persona que esta del otro lado. Me gusta el encuadre y la expresividad artistica que quieres demostrar.

Hi Jordi,

this is such a great capture. I love what you did here. Coming from bright day to a shadowed narrow tunel passage all leading to a young mother with a child again illuminated from the light on the other side. This appears not only space connection to her but also connection through shadow world. Brilliant work!

sembla en B i N, aquesta foto té una força tremenda, m'agrada l'efecte de la sobreexposició a les parets del davant i una mica al fons del passadís, on la dona amb la criatura en braços es detaca com en una visió. Gran foto, amb una apariència un pèl onírica i que sembla una pintura.
El grafisme és molt gran i impactant.

Honestly I find nothing interesting with this photo in terms of technicalities other than shades of OE white walls and dirty dark steps.

It is BAD.

Yet, behind this photo is the imagination of your title and it does stirs the light at end of tunnel - HOPE beyond the BAD.

It will be really powerful if the FG is effectively clean and well exposed. Great composition and pov.

Stunning work! It's poetic and well presented. I know it sounds weird but I would say "impressive and expressive". It looks like a dream scene with all the magic of the monotones and gaussian blur. The woman with her child is an excellent focal point. I like this a lot!

Me encanta esta extraña y sugerente imagen. Viendo tu nota, estoy de acuerdo contigo y pienso que muchas veces la realidad es más extraña que cualquier fantasía. La figura nítida del fondo pierde cualquier referencia de realidad y nos confunde. Técnicamente la suave transición de la oscuridad de la pared al blanco casi absoluto es perfecta. "La vin, que afoto!"
