Photographer’s Note
------------
This photo is taken during my stroll of discovery of the streets of Mataró, and it shows the sculpture to us that is located in the Plaça de l'Ajuntament (City Council Square). It is an allegory of the city, that in its shield has a hand taking hold a bush, just as the woman of the statue.
Behind his a piece of the building of the Museum of Mataró is appraised, old Casa Arnau (Arnau House), of the XVIth century, of Renaissance style, that it was constructed in 1565.
In WORKSHOP 1 I post the view of the main facade of this old Casa Arnau.
In WORKSHOP 2 I post a closest plane of detail of the beautiful sculpture.

Hola Josep. A good upward angle to show this very nice sculpture, with a well-balanced exposure that renders all the textural details despite the bright sunlight. The tilt is a good choice here to give a balanced framing and add a dynamic aspect. The two workshops are a nice add to better understand the context of the location. Nice work, thanks.

Hola Josep,

Saludos

Interesting POV in this mater...the light is controled exelland and the lines of the foto have a great anarchia...living the viewer to take position about the fact of the statue..very well expressed!!!un abrazo amigo!!!1 Nikiforos

I like the dynamics of the tilt you gave this. Her arms seem to be embracing the corner of the image. I love WS2 - the closeup of the beautiful sculpture. The contrast between the blue and grey is spectacular.

I like the way how you show the nice sculpture.Good idea to rotate and the light is verry nice.

Hi Josep - the details in this shot are really good, not just of the statue (which looks really good in the WS version) but also the wall of the building behind it, the finish on the plasterwork is clear too & acts as a backdrop. Good idea to keep some sky visible in the image too.
