Meeting TE with: my wife, Carlos y Oscar

**A year ago my friend Oscar presented Carlos (the Coco) to me . Then I knew history the life of Carlos. Carlos is known in all Europe as “The Shadowman” and now I explain because.
At the moment Carlos is persecuted by groups of police worldwide: Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, U.S.A., etc… The reason is because Carlos is a great organizer of illegal races anywhere in the world. At the beginning of the activity Carlos it organized illegal races, with a participant very original… TURTLES. Everything worked very well and Carlos had much reputation and power. But a day when it was organizing a race visited organization to him “STT” (Save the Tourtle) this organization detected that Carlos provided RedBull to his turtles and thanks to this drink their turtles always won. The “STT” made an official notice and from that moment nobody wanted to participate in a race that Carlos organized. For this reason Carlos forgot the illegal races turtles and thought that he had to make something greater.
Well… illegal races of snails. The business worked perfect, during years Carlos it made much money and its reputation was cleaned. But then the worse thing happened. A morning of summer, in its house of the beach, Carlos received the visit of the Mafia of the Snail. It was an organized group that forced to forget the business to him the snails. For this reason Carlos arrived at Quintanilla of the Coco. Quintanilla is the only town of the world that allows him to organize their races.
My photo reflects very well this history… the Carlos shade we found it by many places.

Hola familia,

Hace un año mi amigo Oscar me presentó a Carlos (coco). En ese momento yo conocí la historia de la vida de Carlos. Carlos es conocido en toda Europa como "La Sombra" y ahora explico el porque. Actualmente Carlos está perseguido por grupos de policia de todo el mundo: Italia, Francia, España, Alemania, Portugal, Belgica, Holanda, EEUU, etc... El motivo es porque Carlos es un gran organizador de carreras ilegales en todo el mundo. Al principio de la actividad Carlos organizaba carreras ilegales, con unos participante muy originales... TORTUGAS !!!. Todo funcionaba muy bien y Carlos tenía mucha reputación y poder. Pero un día cuando estaba organizando una carrera le visitó la organización "STT" (Save the Tourtle) esta organización detectó que Carlos suministraba RedBull a sus tortugas y gracias a esta bebida sus tortugas siempre ganaban. La "STT" realizó un comunicado y desde ese momento nadie quería participar en una carrera que organizara Carlos. Por este motivo Carlos olvidó las carreras ilegales de tortugas y pensó que tenía que hacer algo más grande. Bien... carreras ilegales de caracoles. El negocio funcionaba perfecto, durante años carlos ganaba mucho dinero y su reputación se limpió. Pero entonces sucedió lo peor. Una mañana de verano, en su casa de la playa, Carlos recibió la visita de la mafia del caracol. Era un grupo organizado que le obligaron a olvidar el negocio de los caracoles. Por este motivo Carlos llegó a Quintanilla del Coco. Quintanilla es el unico pueblo del mundo que le permiten organizar sus carreras. Mi foto refleja muy bien esta historia... la sombra de carlos la encontramos por mucho lugares.

Hi Sergio.

Obviously, that's why he is, nowadays, a lawyer. He is working trying to save his old "race" friends from Justice. Fortunately, TE allow me to explain the truth about Carlos, his races and his "affairs" with the Justice.

About the picture, I like how you catched Carlos (sorry, the shadowman) looking for a new snail or turtle. Did he find it in the end?

No se si puntuar la imaginación que ultimamente teneis el más famoso trío de TE o la foto.
Por cierto, que original si que es, y además acompaña tu relato...

Una historia aterradora... y la foto no lo es menos; algo asi como el Vertigo de Hitchcock...
Aparentemente el dia de vuestro TE meeting estuvo bastante nublado, asi que me pregunto de donde vendria la sombra...?
En espera de otras fotos de Berga (dije bien Berga con B,ok!)

Óptima história, esta imagem faz uma óptima ilustração do "Sombra" que fugia do mundo e dava RedBull às Tartarugas.

Muy interesante la historia que cuentas je je je, mi enhorabuena. Si no la lees, centrando tu atencion en la foto, mas bien parece la sombra de jack el Destripador, que esta a punto de asesinar a la pareja que sale mirando por el balconcito je je je.

Una giro tematico total con respecto a las ultimas, un abrazo campeon ;-)

It's hard to imagine what Carlos is doing; looking for snails? The shadow apart I like the way you composed the photo with the archway framing the couple looking down below. The light is bringing out lots of details on the walls.

Vaya, al final también te animas a contar toda la verdad y devuelves la pelota ;-)

La imagen me gusta, sobre todo por el acompañamiento de la nota, una buena composición, la luz de la escena y la sombra ayuda a crear una atmósfera siniestra, buen trabajo amigo.

Yo sabia que Ese Coco era un poco exrtano y ahora nos has explicado la razon.
La imagen salio' perfectamente. Me gusta el arco de piedra. Y la sombra parece muy deshonroso.

There's something very sinister about this image. The arch frames the two people well, but one has the impression that the shadow is out to get them! Nice one!

Vaya, vaya, una nota con una gran historia. No has pensado en escribir novelas? Sea como sea, la sombra me parece muy divertida, en una pose que no sé si está acechando, o a punto de salir corriendo.
Imaginación no te ha faltado para esta foto, amigo. Me gusta, es divertida.

Hola Sergio, your last post made me investigate this increadible story and now I'm still laughing while I write this. Great imagination that you have. I thought that Carlos was a tourist guide but may that's just a disguise :))))
Your shot is great and of course that the shadow is the main attraction, but the framing of the arch with the couple (Oscar and your wife...?) looking down there is also very good.
Just keep your imagination go wild ;-)

Interesante fotografia y por supuesto mas interesante es tu nota sobre la historia de Carlos, ademas de esta nota aqui veo cosas interesantes...Oscar escribiendo en Ingles la critica, Carlos ni por los alrededores...desaparecido.
Sobre la foto la encuentro buena con gran perspectiva y muy buen POV.

Muy buena foto, la nota es muy buena, me gusta mucho la sombra, no se como lo hiciste pero parece que va directo a la pareja para asutarles.

Lol lol lol para tu nota !
Creo que alguin mato a todas las tortugas o que hacia demasiado calo en Quintanilla del Coco porque no vi ninguna ;-)
Me gusta la composicion con la sombra de Carlos y la posicion de la pareja. Como los colores no son ayudan al imagen te hice un WS en blanco y negro.

Sergio, hola. Now I know YOU are the famous Sergio who is best friends with Oscar whom you met in prison ;-) according to a Cocoesque legend circling around TE... :))
Sounds like you all seem to connect in special ways: smuggling teddy bears from Andorra to Spain and caught, organizing Turtle and Snail marathons... these are indeed absolutely vital activities and I salute you all for this courage and perseverance :-)))
I hope to see Cocoshadow somewhere popping up in Canada too!
