Photographer's Note
Here again this famous main hall of França Station but this time in B&W, and want to dedicate it to my friend Krysztof, he knows why.

Hi Juan
a glorious B&W study this. The textures and tones are compelling and your clever POV makes the height and magnificence all the more striking and effective. Superb!
Have a good weekend - Brian.

Thank You so much for your dedication Juan!
Where do I know this from?:)Great place to start journey through Barcelona,am I right? The entrance hall of Estació de França can really impress people with its style-understated,but very elegant. Also your conversion into B&W and the treatment itself appeals to me much.
For me the scene evokes great memories of the day and the whole trip.
Have a nice upcoming weekend(I´m looking forward to see some of your pictures taken during it.I hope you will do some?)

Hi Juan !
Very attractive, bright tone frame, even though taken in B/W. The stylish interior looks inviting, and the person resembles E.T. pose on the run...Well done and presented, tfs!!!

Hi Juan,
Beautiful black and white, and such a range of shapes and tones. This looks really beautiful. I also really like that you got the silhouette in the bright doorway, its quite spooky looking!
All the best

Hello Juan, despite the challenging light you have managed to capture an impressive view of the elegant building, the B/W treatment works very well.
Regards Les.

Juan
Le noir et blanc convient bien au graphisme de l'image. Bon cadrage et belles nuances de gris.

Hello Juan - B&W works really well here allowing the viewer to enjoy the architectural and decorative detail, shapes and lines. The image harks back to a time when rail travel was 'luxurious'not so now I think! Enjoy your Sunday. Rosemary

Hello Juan,
What a clear crisp B&W image! Perfect sharpness! One lonely human figure visible in the background seems to be highlighted since it fits so nicely in the door frame letting light in.
Very attractive shot! Congratulations!
All the best,
Jenna
