Photographer's Note
The beautiful Sagrada Familia, Gaudi'a triumph.
This is a blue hour shot taken of just the reflections of this beautiful church. I have flipped the image so as it stands upright and then increased the vibrancy and saturation a little.
There is a little pond in the par opposite this stunning church. At the back end of the park there are some small playing fields for the game of boules and in the evening- even in winter- players can be found out enjoying the fun and friendship of their game with such a very picturesque backdrop.

Hi Kathryn,
A realyl nice reflection of this amazing place, and the colour and contrast has come through really well in it. it looks like there is a very good light falling on the church, and again, the reflection has captured that so well. Amazing amount of detail in the red facade of the building. Red brick on blue sky, so beautiful.
All the best

Hi Kathryn
a popular place on TE and this is an original and tantalising take on this Gaudi masterpiece. An arty impressionist feel about it and an irresistible presentation. Like it a lot!
Have a great middle of the week - regards Brian.

Hi Kathryn,
it was here on TE where I learnt to love reflections. These ones are extremely beautiful and moody. Very good management of the light and fascinating colors. This image is a pleasure for the eyes. My compliments!
Warm regards

Hello Kathryn,
Super shot of the Sagrada Familia in Barceolona, evocative of one of Monet's paintings of cathedrals in France. Normally, I would recommend not inverting reclections. The National Geographic's photo editor chose 3 out of 200 photos for my book, "Leonardo's Universe," with such reflections, but never inverted them. However, in your photo where the reflections create that misty, sfumatta, it is completely effective. I would keep it just as you have it.
Warm regards,
Bulent

Hello Kathryn
Clever work here! I like the reflection, and flipping it has to be an inspired choice. Gaudi's truimph... I'm sure most people would agree with you, but I prefer the whimsy of the Parc Güell or the less imposing domestic architecture like La Pedrera. But let's not argue about it.
Regards
Will

Howdy Impressionistickat,
Beautiful modern day impressionism, for the subdued lighting and warm coloring; Gaudi would be proud.
Nicely created and presented,
Cheers,
Calray
