It is a very curious photo because the water up stream that kind of dam perfectly reflects the colours of the cliff and the walls built with the same stone from the cliff. The Douro River is very beautiful and worth a visit. Well done.

Hola Charo,
Now I know where the name Maria Zamora originated. She was in my class in 8th grade, a real beauty!
It is odd how we look into the city held high above the walls that stave off the waters of the river and see that there are not only old homes, but more modern homes replacing them.
You have captured a great reflection as it is extremely hard to find the waterline. Dizzying in fact when looked at!
Very warm scene, reds, and the atmosphere makes me think that it was a warm day and taken in the afternoon.

Esta toma presenta una diversidad de tonos terracotas que me encantan, dando un gran realce a casi todo el encuadre. El punto de vista es magnifico para permitirnos apreciar unos bellos reflejos en el Duero, los cuales estimulan la composición.

Magnifique photo aux couleurs de terre et la ville tout en haut du mur. Les couleurs de terre s'harmonisent bien avec le ciel et la réflection est superbe avec les arbres au pied du mur.

very nice photo, I like a lot how the strong horizontal lines of the riverbank, road, the wall and the city itself, all these layers nicely "build" the photo. smart idea to use river and sky - the blue colours provide a natural frame for the city, and I like the colour of the buildings a lot, it's an interesting tone that balances between warm and cool. well seen and presented.

Una toma interesante de Zamora, sus acantilados son muy interesantes, el reflejo en el rio esta muy bueno, Tu POV nos permite una linda vista tanto de la ciudad como de sus alrededores, la iluminacion y encuadre estan muy bien logrados.
